Lately Jackson has been reaching milestones every day, making us more and more proud. It seems like yesterday he rolled over onto his belly. In the past couple of weeks he has really shined and I beleive he might be quite proud of himself. Take for instance the fisrt photo at the top; here he was moving so fast he climbed right out of his pants and thought it was hilarious. Below this photo is the lazy baby who for the longest time put his hands in the air and pulled them away from the bottle you were bringing to his piehole. In the next picture, Yusef and Chera provided Jackson with his first wrapped present; Elmo in a Boat. I don't know which he likes better, Elmo or the wrapping paper. Below that, Natalie decided to give him some Mac n Cheese which he enjoyed very much but we think Gatsby ate more than Jackson did. In the last photo I was sitting there just watching him. He grabbed his toy box, rolled it over until it was up against the ottoman. I had no idea what he was doing so I just sat there not thinking to grab the camera, so I only got a photo, no video. He then climbed on top and stood up so he could grab stuff deeper on the ottoman. I don't know if it was dumb luck or if helmet boy is starting to use his brains. Good thing we kept his mellon protected.

4 New Videos
The first video is the western I promised. Sometimes he enjoys his caterpillar, but I think he will like it more in a few months when he's older.
In this next video, Jackson anxiously waits for his Mama to return home.
In this video, we have managed to capture a rare sighting of a monkey toying with a donkey by dangling one of donkey's own boys in front of his face.
In this last video, you get to witness Jackson's first musical performance. The star has already developed an eating disorder, unfortunately everything he sees goes right into the piehole.

Stand By Me
Our little guy is progressing everyday. It was only a couple of weeks ago he sarted sitting up on his own, and now he's standing up on his own. He has not mastered it yet as you might notice he uses his mouth to help pull himself up. He gets stuck for a while and then lets out a grunt for that last extra push to propel him upwards. Not only can he stand, but he also takes a step. You all are in for a treat with this video; I did some editing and the moment he stands, I must admit is quite brilliant but not without the wonderful performance from the always fun to work with Jackson.

Our Future Star
As you can see Jackson still loves the camera, in fact, it took us this long to get a good picture of his new teeth. Prior to this, he always grinned without bearing the "grill". Jackson's trusty sidekick, "Corndog", is also featured in this short film; both children love the spotlight. Jackson has been able to sit up on his own for a week now, and he is getting quite proficient at it.
Ebi: The first time I witnessed Jackson sitting up occurred a couple of weeks ago. As I entered his room after he awoke from his deep slumber, I was shocked to see him sitting there, which he must have sensed because he got the biggest grin on his face. He was so proud of himself, he couldn't stop smiling.
-As a side note, it is apparent who the dramatic gene came from. Anyway, we hope you all enjoy the clip.

The Injured Soldier
Here is our little Monkey dragging himself across the floor. He's gotten pretty quick, however, he is easily distracted. The next video will be of Jackson pulling hmself into a sitting position. He is so proud of himself. Stay tuned.
